Thing is, this board does not have that many posters to keep threads bumped throughout the day for us evening posters to notice before we start threads/discussions.
It’s just a side effect of a low traffic, regional website.

All that had to be done was search for the word Guice.
Maybe it's just me. I have a lot of strong feelings and opinions on this and would like to discuss them with fans that aren't biased toward LSU. But, the same ground keeps getting covered and it makes it difficult.

Most of us don’t search for stuff like that. I look at the first page and pick a thread that looks interesting.
The only other thread I see on the front page is a shitty Aggy troll, so I don’t see a problem with making a new thread about this specific development that doesn’t include the dumb A&M posters.

Well... there seems to be a pattern. Witness said O told him “all girl friends sleep around” and to forget about rape incident with his girlfriend. O claimed he didn’t say it or didn’t remember....but there still is a question of having the conversation. Now he suddenly reads a statement that he “can’t remember” if he talked to the 74 year old after saying he didn’t talk to her. Uh oh...
LSU compliance is said to have replied that the 74 year old was “just looking for money”. Where did that idea come from and who developed that alibi and told them that? LSU compliance apparently did not comment on the “all girl friends sleep around@ situation, may have no record of it. Why? Why wasn’t the conversation reported by O regardless if his stupid comment? He was duty bound to report it wasn’t he? And what kind of attitude toward women do you have to have to excuse a claim of rape with such a comment?
Here is the gig. O has a personal history with women that is not very savory going back to college right through coaching stops. His past actions are one thing but his past ATTITUDE toward woman is no longer acceptable. Harassment, even rape, now needs to be questioned in depth and the old “jock” attitude that he grew up with is now verboten. More and more it looks like O has been either lying or covering up maybe because he had no idea that social mores have changed.
The odds of Him staying employed at LSU are shrinking fast and it is starting to look like certain people want him gone for cause. Time for some of you LSU fans to quit denying, quit defending, and start thinking about what is good for LSU. It may be time to cut bait for cause...

No. Orgeron did not mention the word rape with the player that he allegedly told that everyone's girlfriend sleeps around nor is there any evidence that he was even aware that there was a rape.
Beyond that, as I've repeatedly said all day, it looks to me like Orgeron is lying about the phone call and if the investigation turns up phone records that he did call her he should be fired immediately.

You're a good poster' but as I recall LSU posters w/ the help of MSU grinders went ape chit crazy with the Hugh Freeze saga. I think we had a sticky also.
New details seemed to come out every week about this stuff. Also Sidewalker doesn't mind going to dig up non athletic stuff about Texas A&M and Bama regarding the topic, while vigorously defending LSU.
Everyone and their mama know LSU posters would be trolling harder if this was another University. IMO I think it's something that shouldn't be used to troll just for the record.

Not sure why it should be confined to athletics, your school has either covered up issues in the past or it hasnt.
