I cant work more than 12 hours. Game will be almost over if not over. No big deal. Got the DVR set. Turn on the Tv this am and, what's this? Complete signal loss. Go outside to find a huge pecan limb on my satellite dish. It waited two days after the hurricane to fall. Muthafrickinsunuvabitchmuthafricker. I'm super pissed right now.

Tell them you are feeling like shite and have been throwing up since about 2 a.m. Then go in, stay with the sick theme, excuse yourself to go "throw up" a couple of times. Then around 2-3 p.m. tell the boss man that you need to go home. Unless he's a corksucker he'll appreciate the fact that you came in and tried.
Then since your t.v. is out go to a bar and really make yourself sick as to not feel bad about lying.

I'm a railroad conductor. If I get sick at work, too bad. I'llbe in the middle of nowhere and can't go anywhere. And if I take off sick before we leave town it'll cost me about $600.

I'm sure. Federal Railroad Administration can fine you a few G's if you so much as tie a handbrake on an engine 1 min past 12 hours.
