There is an inherent unfair advantage in this new system. For better or worse, there are four schools in Texas that are exploiting it.
Texas leads the pack, but A&M, Tech and SMU are coming.

Hate to break it to you but Wal Mart hasn’t contributed to the Arkansas athletic department in many years. Bud Walton who was a huge basketball and Nolan Richardson fan did contribute to the basketball arena 30 years ago. Since then nothing.

Not all money given comes from oil..I am pretty sure Georgia, Michigan, Ohio State, Alabama, ND, LSU, Usc, Florida etc are not getting oil money.
