So for 3 weeks police knew Lacey was the suspect

They knew it was his car and are saying it took 3 weeks for them to make sure he was driving it lol……. Someone may be losing their jobs over this one . The coverup was in the works but to many people to kill off ! Oh well letting someone roam the streets because he plays for LSU is okay I guess …. The dead person probably doesn’t care either …..

I don't think this is unusual. They usually want to make as close to 100 percent sure they have the right man before they arrest him. Only reason they would do it before then if they thought he was likely to murder someone.

He hadn't yet declared for the draft at the time of the accident.

At the end of the day his dumbass driving caused the wreck but he wasn't ultimately a direct contact guy. It's worth looking at
