If you take Jumbo’s 7.5mill and average that over the 68k total Aggie enrollment you get $109/per student/per year. Obviously student fees have little or nothing to do with coaches salaries, but it does say a lot about expectations vs results.

Jimbo isn’t a “second year coach”. He’s a guy with an NC and multiple conference championships as an HC, plus another NC and several more CCs as a coordinator.
And TAMU had recruited at a pretty high level under Rumlin, so they had the talent in place (other than the 5-star QBs they ran off in previous seasons).
It’s the main reason for the ridiculous contract terms: they expected results right away. His hire seems the most like Saban’s at Bama: they gave him the world because they felt he would bring them results sooner rather than later.

Not after 2015. His 2016 and 2017 classes were on par with Sherman, except on the offensive line, which were well below Sherman.
Fisher's 2018 class was only rated below Sumlin's 2014 and 2015 classes. His 2019 class blew anything Sumlin did away.

Did you seriously cherry pick his record at Arizona??? Lmao
Why don’t you compare sumlins record at A&M? Oh because that would show how terribly overrated jimbo is.
