No, it was not inside. It took place in the parking lot of the Lexington hotel on college st after a concert.
The original altercation was inside. The ASSAULT was outside when the guy was leaving.

So now running a red light is = to felony arrests. Way to justify things.

Yes, I have walked away from many fights. There are also breaking points for me where if some guy is talking shite to me for no apparant reason, I'm going to show him it was a bad idea. Stand up for yourself. Have a backbone and beat the dudes arse if you're gonna fight him. Atleast that's how I was raised.

Who ever compared the two? I just said I bet you're so perfect you've never ran a red light.

You can stand up for yourself without having a physical altercation. Being a man takes more than getting embarrassed and feeling like you have to use brute force. If you have a breaking point in someone talking shite, then you still have some growing and maturing to do. To care and stick around someone that is simply talking shite and trying to rile you, is part of your problem. It takes more of a man to walk away from situations than it does for someone to "show" someone they can't speak to you a certain way.

I don't know a whole lot about the Eric Smith fight, but I do know this much.. If you have the balls to pour beer on any 230 pound college athlete and then sucker punch him in the back of the head, then there is a very very high probability that you are gonna get your arse stomped.

You have never been in a fight? I've never been arrested either, but I know plenty of people who did, realized they fricked up and went on with their lives. Unfortunately for Eric, he couldn't do that, so was dismissed from the team after having multiple chances.
Not since in high school. Amazingly enough I grew up after high school.

You keep being a bitch
I'll keep living how I want to. That's the dumbest shite I've heard that "it takes a bigger man to walk away", no it takes a bitch to walk away. That person will keep doing what they do until you show them it's not gonna happen.

and I completely agree, but there is also a time when you just need to beat someone arse and teach them a lesson.

That person owns you if you feel a need to prove something to them. When you grow up, you'll learn that you don't have to associate with people like that and hopefully, you'll mature to the point that you can deal with the situation without the immaturity of feeling a need to get physical with them.

I've never once, until tonight heard about the beer pouring. As far as the sucker punch, it was E. Smith that did that to the guy, in the prescence of police. That's why he ended up pleading guilty and the other guy was never charged.

No, I own them as I stand over their arse on the ground and ask if they would like some more.

Most ridicolous statement ever. ANYONE can get scared and throw a punch. It takes a real man to walk away from confrontation. And we're not talking about situations where you're in real danger, we're talking situations where you are just mad and want to fight someone.

If he really did have a beer spilled on his head then that was probably the tipping point. I can understand why he would feel the need to kick the guy's arse at that point. However, it does seem like the guy has major anger management issues.

I've got my shite rocked before. I'm not afraid to admit it. Totally underestimated him. I've been in 5 true fights. Won 3 for sure. One I got knocked out and the other was pretty even. We both had bloody faces, but ended up being friends because of it.
That makes you a man. I can show you jails full of thousands upon thousands of other real men too if you like.
