This is the first time I've been on since Friday so sorry if already discussed. During this 8 game winning streak there's always been some excuse to downplay what we're doing. Since our second loss:

-beat CCU 59-0. Well WGAS it's coastal. Let's see how you do on the road
-beat ole miss comfortably. D gave up 1 TD. Well ole miss sucks, let's see how you do against MSU who beat you last year.
-Beat MSU comfortably, D gave up 0 TDs. Well msu is down this year, let's see how you do against Bray and co in knoxville at night.
-Up by 2 TDs with 2 minutes left. Well UT sucks, big deal.
-Get by a scrappy vandy team in a closer than should have been game. See! yall suck, we knew it. Let's see how you do against UF who will have brantley and demps back and who ALWAYS beats georgia.
-beat florida. Well florida sucks and brantley was gimpy, not a big accomplishment.
-beat NMSU in a laugher. Ok fine, well Auburn will be the REAL test. They're ranked, the D is playing better, and you haven't seen a dynamic offense like theirs since Boise.
-Absolutely and utterly beat auburn's arse. Totally dominant in all 3 phases of the game. AFter their 1st and only TD they didn't have more than 120 yards the rest of the game. A complete woodshed beating.

So is it ok now to say that, believe it or not, we're pretty darn good? We have the 3rd best defense in the conference and it's only 3rd because there are 2 unbelievable defenses in the conference as well. Teams don't run on us, period. We are playing more disciplined than we have in years. Our offense is hitting its stride. Our receiving game is on, Murray is in a groove, and we're getting plenty of help from the run game. Is this enough or do we have to wait until we play LSU for people to say if we're good or not?

Long post, short answer.

No

Look in the other thread about why you have turned around for my explanation. Not typing it all out again.

Georgia is very average.

They'll get blown out by whoever they play in Atlanta.

You didn't play the 3 best teams in the conference

You are still a very mediocre team

you look good right now

I can't yet tell if it is legitimate or more of a product of schedule like Boise or perhaps Stanford

Not really. After losing to Boise and SC, UGA needs to beat a good team to be considered good. UGA hasn't beaten a good team all year have they?

The big win over MSU may actually top UGA's resume at this point. Hardly spectactular. Not saying that the Dawgs are not playing well right now, but the current resume is still pretty weak.

Can you admit you were wrong when you said Georgia would get blown out of the water by Auburn?

4th or 5th I think

I think I would still rank USC over UGA but that will change if USC loses to Clemson while UGA beats Ga Tech

No...UGA is a solid team but the gulf between the top 3 and UGA is enourmous.....your special teams still suck and your line is not very good.
