Correct. Gus' lack of play calling and adjustments have made me pretty apathetic to watching games. I'll still watch Auburn and root for the them, but my expectations have been driven to non-existent.

Let’s stop acting like this is even possible.

Too much of the SEC has their finger in the trigger- UF, Auburn, LSU and A&M.

That's the thing though, out of the fanbases you just metnioned, I think the fans have legit reaons to have itchy trigger fingers. Fanbases, not rational, decision making people up top, but fanbases. I think all the bitching comes from these basic facts:

-A&M has spent a ton of money, recruited well, hired good coaches, and has without fail crumbled the first time they get punched in the mouth. Those fans show up to the games, and are lowd as hell. Bad seaons are understandable, to the average fan. A pattern of failure is something that is hard not to get angry about however, and generally Sumlin has trended down, not up. His QB fiasco didn't help his cause either. The important thing here is, A&M knows it can do better, and the only thing possibly holding them back is Sumlin.
*
-Auburn recruits well, generally plays good defense and offense, but seem to never really get over the hump with Gus at the helm. It has been copy/pasted enough this morning already, but Gus's records against the teams that matter on his schedule is poor during his tenure. Not just losses to Alabama, but losses to GA and LSU, both good football teams, but Auburn is supposed at least be on equal footing with those teams in the W/L column. Gus is behind by a good bit.
*
-LSU hired O to be our coach. The fans did not get a say in this, and naturally most of us with more than 5 brain cells could see how this would eventually play out. Minimal, 9.00 dollar an hour level effort to search out and hire a competent successor to one of our greatest coaches in school history. So anytime anything bad happens, we are going to be rowdy about it. He lost to Troy, at home, on homecoming. We also have Alleva anger issues, so sometimes this anger is misplaced with hating O, but LSU fans have valid enough reason to want him gone. #NOTMYCOACH
*
-Florida has all the resources and advantage in the world, yet has to be dragged kicking and screaming towards the endzone. This is FRUSTRATING as hell for a fan, especially after your predecessor had a known issue with this. All personnel issues aside, which, there have been plenty and it's hard to compete with a depleted roster, those issues ultimately fall in Macs lap. Again, maybe misplaced anger at Nussmeier, but the frustration is ceratinly valid. The East hasn't exactly been murderer's row the years Mac won it. Hell, Mizzou has a couple of those, those ain't shite.
*
TLDR, IMHO the fans have valid reasons for wanting said coaches ousted.

These are fun games to play...but history tells you that Auburn will not right the ship and beat the remaining teams on our schedule and win a bowl game.

My eyeballs tell me we will struggle to score points against A&M, uga and bama because our coaches can't figure out a way to out scheme NFL DL's and our OL can't simply beat them.
