I never ignored it. You beat us.... but didn't even score a TD. Your offense is just as big of a laughing stock as LSU with JJ AND AJ with les miles. I already explained why head to head will not work because of your game with A&M. In terms of quality of losses LSU has the edge. If you do not agree then I'm sorry I cannot help you see through your AUBIE goggles.

Why would an 8-4 Auburn be definitely in over an 8-4 UF? Not saying that won't happen, but seems like the resume would be fairly similar at that point. Both would have also ended the season getting their arse kicked by Bama.

And I explained how neither you nor A&M was ranked this week.

How so, unless you include the same ranked team we are arguing about who beat you.

Seriously? Have you seen the LSU fans on the rant this year?

To me it depends on how UF plays. But losing the last 2 weeks usually gets you knocked out of the top 25 that's just the facts

UF can make the argument they made it to the SECCG regardless as to the final score.

The biggest weakness of your argument.

Will have to see what the final rankings are.

For sure. But I fail to see how Auburn drops 13+ spots and either LSU or A&M climbs that far after this weekend.

I'll respond to your one somewhat intelligent response

Our losses: UF( currently ranked and going to SECCG)
Auburn #12
Wisky: No 6 ( most likely ends up in playoff)
Bama : No 1

Auburn losses:

Bama
UGA( unranked and trending down)
TAMU( unranked and trending down)
Clemson( should make the playoff)

Your 2 losses are to unranked teams that lost their final games of the season. All of LSUs losses are currently ranked. How can you not differentiate these losses after I've already explained why head to head will not work.

I feel you on that. But just know that our losses that are trending down are ranked this week. Auburns weren't even ranked this week AND STILL LOST.

Losses are losses. Neither team really has any good wins. LSU will be our best win and TAMU LSU's. Current rankings are probably the best indicator at this point.

Sigh, do you understand how the committee makes these rankings? They talk about losses and wins. They will legit probably have this same discussion.

Yes and at the end of the day we have a win over a (probably) ranked LSU team and you have a win over an unranked TAMU team. Auburn and LSU will be the only two out of the three close in ranking. That's why the head to head matters.

Yea if you just ignore the losses to unranked UGA and TAMU that has the head to head over you I see how you can get to that conclusion.

TAMU would have a win over a ranked auburn right?

To be fair, the LSU poster makes a good point in his argument.

No reason to be a dick.

And I'm all good with the O hire. Don't let the kids on this site sway you on what most of us think.

A&m is not part of the equation, no matter how much you want to keep bringing them into it.

They mainly do this for the FOUR playoff teams, or rather the few teams fighting for playoff spots that aren't no brainers. For the the teams ranked 15-25, they're just like regular polls - mostly just plugging teams into slots based on who won or lost that week, with head-to-head being the OBVIOUS tiebraker.

And based on what you've written above, I'm beginning to question if you even know what head to head means. And don't forget FLORIDA is another team that will be ranked in front of you based on a better record and the head-to-head advantage.

No idea who the kids are, but I've seen plenty of your fans (and prominent ones) that aren't happy with the hire.
