This guy really thinks our leadership (which consists of brand new chancellor from Nebraska and a brand new President) is willing to fire our legendary AD and coach in January just to save a buyout all while inviting the ncaa to penalize the program.

Since you havent a damn clue about the concept of "a few", allow me to educate you by pointing out that the difference between $15 million and $12 million is "a few".
$12 million isnt "a few", so as usual, you should direct your flames about stupidity to yourself. $10 million for a firing next year isnt "a few" either.

To a P5 15,000,000 isn’t a big deal if it’s important to them. You do understand that the school doesn’t actually pay the money right? It’s a separate fund that uses contributions to pay them over time. And if it wasn’t for the numerous level I violations they could have just negotiated a buyout and gone about their day if they wanted him gone. Tennessee has fired coaches before and used booster money to pay buy outs the last staffs last check in coming up soon.
The administration wanted Pruitt to succeed and was prepared to give him another year to do so. This isn’t hard to figure out. The damage done long term to the program by this mess is worse than the 18,000,000 it would have cost to just shitcan the staff in December.
But of course I don’t expect you to be able to think things through and logically. After all you are just a basic bitch.
