Coach Vitello would have turned Skenes into a legend.

Now he will just settled for being good.

Like your pitchers. Any of them have a winning record on SEC play?

What was his line? If memory serves he was above his strike out rate and gave up two hits. Now those two hits were absolute bombs but not like they were putting it all over the field.

Are you comparing your team to the Aggies?

We didn’t beat skenes… hogs opened up after he went out. Skenes doesn’t do well under pressure though. He’s solid until pressure mounts. South cackalacky definitely showed he isn’t Superman. South Carolina is stout. Other than Arkansas, i like them and miss state in baseball. Mad respect for lsu too but the other 2 is who i cheer for outside of hogs. If they win this series, i would say they are the best

He wisely withdrew before we could hand him his L. Can't say I blame him

I cringe when fellow hog fans brag because they did skull frick us the following two games after that…. We got drug by bama too in the first game and squeezed out wins for that series. We are a solid ball club but not sure we are top 5 at the moment.

He’s given up like 5 runs this year man would like to see specific references this year to your claim. I have watched him get strikeouts with the bases loaded a couple of times this year to get out of trouble.
A couple of solid homers by USCe hunting fastball while still striking out 8 times in 3 innings and all of a sudden he’s figured out.

You left out the part where he had already given up 3 hits and 2 homeruns. It is fortunate that the South Carolina baseball gods can conjure up lightning prompting a NCAA dictated 30 minute stoppage. WE "manufactured" an extended delay" is the most hilarious melt I have ever seen. Good God!

SC had two absolute bombs off of Skenes too. Not like he was exactly dominant before the delay.

2 hits, 8 Ks, 2 ER and no walks in 11 batters faced. If that’s his floor, I’d say he’s pretty good

I'd mock him, but Skenes is a momentum pitcher. When he is on a roll he's unstoppable. When he isn't... well... he's stoppable.

Firstly, I was there...the lightning was very visible. NO delay was manufactured. Thats the kind of shite that losers say. Be better LSU

Yeah he had 8k's, he also gave up 2 no doubter HR's and was down 3-1. For the fans at home, his ERA that game at that point was 9.
