Serious question.... When has the SEC actually done anything besides talk big?

I am not a big follower of college football outside of LSU so I really don't know. I personally can't remember the SEC taking any meaningful action against anyone.
Some of you know a lot more about the history than I do though. Can you give an example?

Right. And? So what? Ok they filed suit. We are a litigious nation. What is the outcome of the suit?

I'm not sure anything happens.
This is an attempt by Sankey to regain the control he lost in court last week. It's a power move.
But this does seem different in that it seems personal between Sankey and Kiffin.

I look briefly, and besides the current hubub, enforcement actions seem to be limited to fines for field rushing, ticket allocation disputes, etc. Granted a cursory search may have missed something distant.

The SEC's done nothing in the last five years except sit around and watch the Big Ten pass them by.
