Slap on the wrist.

It costs more to storm the field in victory than it does to go nuclear on the refs.

This isnt a deterrent, it will literally be MORE LIKELY to happen in the future now with this slap on the wrist.

It’s just for Tennessee, not the SEC or that’s how I read it.

Players and coaching staffs need to be held accountable too.
Two things I've witnessed at the LSU Auburn and Florida games this year.

Both Auburn and Fla players come all the way to where LSU enters field and kneel in end zone before game
After they walk towards student section and taunt our fans using throat slashing gestures and act like fools.
After the game Auburn players come all way to where LSU is trying to exit the field and act stupid.

I could easily see students throwing something at them and making it look like a fan issue when in reality the players act like asses in another stadium. Coaches need to get control of their players before something really bad happens.

You forgot the part that sentences them to a thrashing this week in Tuscaloosa.

Figured they'd just add mustard bottles to the ban list.

If they can identify the individuals responsible (doubtful) they should press charges.

We should absolutely throw more stuff on the field next time if the refs want to be so egregiously bad.

If every Miami fan at a game each threw 1 item you could not fill up a single garbage can.

If we lose alcohol because of Tennessee I will start a petition to have them removed from the conference.

They were throwing water bottles not beer cups. Ban the water bottles!

Hope you're right, but this part concerns me (the sentence right before that):

totally concur. I was REALLY hoping y'all would rush the field. Only way the corruption will ever end or at least be lessened.

I mean this isn't the first nor will it be the last time something like this happens, but it also isn't going to happen all the time either. I honestly think they're making way too big a deal over this TBH. Fine them and be done with it. I've been to two games where this happened. Was at the Sugar Bowl in 2001 where Saban had to come on the PA system to tell people to stop. I also was at the Alabama/Ole Miss game in 2007 where Ole Miss Students did this. Hell, Ole Miss oddly enough had this happen during their basketball game against Tennessee a couple years ago. Drunk students do stupid things sometimes. The pearl clutching the last two days has been nauseating.

There should be a push to punish the fricking morons who did it. Tens of thousands in fines, restitution and court costs would deter any other moron from ruining it for the rest of us.

Of course they should, but, what will really happen will be like Jan 6. 1% of the offenders will get a slap on the wrist and nothing else will happen.
