SEC's Most Pathetic Athletic Program - Tennessee or Texas A&M?

There are currently 14 SEC teams, and in the 21st century, only 3 of them have never won or even played for a national title in men's baseball, basketball or football.
Those 3 embarrassing athletic programs are:
-Missouri
-Tennessee
-Texas A&M
We'll go ahead and remove Missouri from the conversation, well, because they're Missouri. To their credit, they have at least won their division in football since conference realignment, which the other two have not.
That leaves us with Tennessee and Texas A&M...
Both athletic programs have invested massive amounts of money into their men's athletic programs, yet neither of them have even played for a title in men's baseball, basketball or football this side of Y2K. The thought of actually winning one is merely a thought. The fanbases of each program will inevitably attempt to ignore these undisputable facts with cherry-picked wins or irrelevant rebuttals to try and make themselves feel better, but nothing they say can change these undisputable facts.
With that said, when it comes to the emotional and financial investment these two fanbases have put towards their programs since the turn of the century, I ask you...

MPAP Award goes to Tennessee. If you are OG SEC, and you sit among TAM and Missouri in this conversation (non-OG), then you immediately win. Which means you lose.

Instead of Tennessee watching LSU beat them twice in Omaha on their way to championship #7, they just watched reruns of Tennessee beating LSU in football for the first time in 15+ years
