Nearly every word of that statement is wrong.
1. As there was 1 member from each school as part of the investigation, it was as unbiased as possible.
2. None of the investigating members were from or resided in College Station. You fell into the fallacy of assuming that being a fan or graduate of a school required you to remain in the location of that school.
After further review, the ruling stands as called. The objecting poster loses a timeout, is awarded no points, and may God have mercy on his soul.

While it may have been as unbiased as possible, there was no agreement by the originator of the March Madness Bracket to allow oversight of the competition by any outside source. Furthermore, while the investigating body may be made up of members from each school, there is no way to determine how these members were appointed. Certainly they were not duly elected, nor were they appointed by elected representatives.
As for your second point, I didn't state that you resided in College Station, but I did insinuate that the origin of the idea of a self-appointing judicial body came from an education received in College Station.
I challenge the findings and the legitimacy of the investigation body to a higher authority more representative of the population of the SECRant. While that body is deliberating, I shall share a virtual beer (just not a Yuengling or a Corona) with you while we await their decision.
