LSU doesn't have a national championship in basketball

Here is what google tells you
It goes straight to team championships, which is what any logical non agenda driven person would do.

Have you never watched the Olympics?

I actually played for LSU in a sport that has an individual tournament after the team event. We have a player that won a national title. Never once did we, or anyone else on the team, refer to it as a national title for LSU

The NCAA counts them for each school. I don't know what else to tell you.

|LSU is the best overall, historically.|
|LSU has 47 National Championships overall in men's basketball, baseball, boxing, men's golf, football, and men's and women's T&F.|
This is spelled out perfectly!

Alabama had a good run in the 70's with 3 SEC all sports trophies. LSU had a good run in the 80's with 4 SEC all sports trophies. Additionally, LSU won it in 1990 and another one in the 70's.
Since then, it has been all Florida and it isn't even close. Florida has won 29 out of the last 32 SEC all sports trophies. That is longer than a lot of you have been alive. So, you want to glory in the 70's Alabama? Go ahead. But, you are only kidding yourselves. In the last 50 years, it is Florida, LSU, and then perhaps Alabama but I would have to study it a little more because it is close for 4th. I am not sure about ATM because they haven't been in the conference that long.
In the past that includes most of the lifetimes on this board- 50 or so years- Alabama is the premiere SEC program in football... and absolutely nothing else except tree killing, fan lunacy on tv and radio, and arrogance.

Add in facilities, and LSU is head and shoulders above UF. One example is baseball, compare the home of the 6x National Champs to the Gators. UF is a joke in baseball, period!

Facilities didn't keep us from having the best, most successful SEC athletics program 29 out of the last 32 years, though. Can you imagine what we're going to do once the builds are done and our facilities are up to snuff?
SEC fricked.

Those baseball NC's make UF far and away above Aggie.
