Not trying to be morbid, but you brought up war in a thread about college baseball.
You take this shite way too seriously. These posters are all up in your head right now.

You seriously ‘claim’ that shite from the ‘20’s, but are questioning a title won 50 years later by the Horns?

This thread with this particular collection of Ag posters pretty much sums up why you all have such a poor reputation. We have you all leaching off of other schools wins, claiming you’d rather beat UT in a regular season game than win one in Omaha, derailing the topic to wars and who served, whining about formerly being an all-boys school, arbitrarily picking years to make H2H stats look decent, and proudly referencing some retroactively claimed football titles from 100 years ago.
All of this is…impressive.

Did you simply pick a year, or is there something significant about 1975? You're a joke Daniel.
Posted on 6/24/21 at 12:33 pm to TexasTiger08
They literally teach you in middle school 7th grade UT worked son a waiver to get them army waivers for cooks jobs or avoid the war altogether, it’s our damn state history not an opinion, if 60% of LSU went to war, and 2% of LA Tech, why lie to make it seem like they didn’t do that

Once again, 1975 would be the first year that a signing class would be "upperclassmen" after scholarship restrictions were put in place in 1973 (max 105). Prior to those restrictions, it wasn't an even playing field

My dad literally taught me middle school 7th grade after he took a break from texags.com to teach me how to whoop, praise male cheerleaders and root on my fightin Texas aggies to beat the hell out of those meanie bully t sips
Otherwise I must’ve missed that topic in my 7th grade social studies class that Texas alums dodged the draft (which obviously explains the embarrassing difference in accomplishments between the two schools’ athletic programs)

They want to brag about beating an all male military school that was always in service, let them at this point, this is dumb, yes, congrats, pre 1975 we suck, we didn’t get competitive until we became an open university lmao you guys really taught those old army a lesson, and if they think I got triggered I’d like an LSU fan to say all that to some old ags I knows who graduated in “47

This is adorable. Where did you go to middle school?
Posted on 6/24/21 at 12:43 pm to JayAg
So basically “they make fun of us because our school was literally so terrible and unattractive to any high school graduates that they rightfully beat us and finished better than us”
Kind of a self-own, but I guess you missed simple logic class in 7th grade while you were learning about Texas grads dodging the draft in middle school

We were.
To many, anyway.
It was a different time.
Call it whatever you like; it is (was) what it is.

Imagine a draft these days
Hell 95+% of their student body is terrified of guns and some of them would probably even fight for the enemy against the US

You're a stain on humanity Daniel. I'd give an arm to see you in a forward area for more than five minutes.

Not following.
I was simply acknowledging that many kids at that time chose to attend schools where they could get the true “college experience,” rather than jumping from the frying pan of living at home into the fire of college, with far stricter rules and the obligation to serve in the military.
I’ll never understand why it bothers horns to acknowledge that. It’s no reflection of either UTex or Texas A&M in 2021.

Once again, this was derailed from a SEC East sucks using Texas thread to…the same guys running in to turn into this gay back in forth in every thread, that’s OPs fault I guess for using Texas as the common opponent even tho they are still playing, bc that was literally this season
But no, in comes the LSU and Texas guys, and to start derailing the tread again, I’ve been here 3 days and it’s the same pattern, i know just avoid these now
XWing I don’t know who you are but dont teehee me, sus af
