Is this a flex? All I see is the higher you are on this list...the shittier your coaches are at development and the crappy your recruit evaluation is.

Portal (if youre recruiting well) is all about filling immediate needs for NEXT season
That is how any ranking should be gauged... and one of the services should create an algorithm that reflects that
For example... Texas desperately needed a running game... they went and got 2 1000+ yard STUDS.... check
They desperately needed a #1 WR.... their #1 and #2 from 2025 were really just quality #2 and #3's.... so BIG check... best WR room in the SEC now
Texas lost Anthony Hill (1st or 2nd round pick).... so they went and got his clone... the #1 LB portal and if were being honest #! defensive prospect in the portal overall... with a pretty good 1b in Cryer
Texas offense is absolutely loaded now,,,, they return 3 of 5 OL... and are about to get commit of 2 big OL transfers
That is how you PORTAL, and rankings should relfect that
