You don't "control your destiny" in September.
Every SEC team at the start of every season controls their own destiny. Win them all, and you're going to Atlanta. UGA, Alabama, LSU, and Kentucky all control their own destiny at this very moment. Win every game, and you're going to make it. That's the truth for all 4 of them.
Most every team you've "mathematically" eliminated also could find their way into the SECCG with some combination of losses by the teams that beat them, as well as by winning out/winning most of their games.
A&M could backdoor it into Atlanta if Alabama somehow loses 2 conference games, while A&M wins out. Missouri could do the same right now as well if they win out and UGA manages to lose 2 SEC games.

Texas A&M is out because of the Clemson game.
And how exactly does the Clemson game hurt their chances of winning the West?

I am not trying to argue with you dude.
But, Mathematically speaking, if UGA and Alabama were to go winless in the next 7 games... would that be a 3-7 record...or a National Championship?
I gave the statistics and facts.
Every single team listed could realistically win the SEC this year due to simple mathematics and winning out.
Take your ego out of the equation.

We would need UGA to lose two SEC games and us to win out in conference play. Mathematically possible? Yes. Realistic? Subjective, but most would say no.

My head is starting to hurt from trying to grasp what angle he's coming from...
Realistically, mathematically, sub-atomically, relevantly, matter-of-factly?
The goal posts move every post and it's hard to pin down his reasoning.

The University of Georgia. May 2018 graduate.
Want to see what a college degree looks like? Because from your posts, I can clearly tell you're not all there mentally.

Then, why can't you understand and accept simple statistics?
This was taught in 1000 level classes.
