You probably should read up on Kim Mulkey's history. This is a person that has publicly told Baylor fans that if someone says they don't want to send their daughter to Baylor because of a concern for their safety due to the rampant rape culture, "you knock them right in the face." This is also the same person that would not let her greatest player be "herself", making a stipulation of her scholarship that she couldn't publicly come out and that she had to wear sleeves whenever she played to cover up her tattoos. All this while giving a full ride scholarship to Griner's girlfriend (who didn't play basketball) and using University funds to bail her out when she got a DUI (while keeping that scholarship). She played point guard for Gary Blair, the A&M Women's Coach, at Louisiana Tech. Every time Blair speaks about Mulkey, he is very cordial. Every time she speaks about him, she treats him like shite.
She's Nancy Pelosi without the rampant stupidity.

I don't like personal attacks either, and I don't engage in them.
But Kim Mulkey has said hateful and vile things over the years.
She's always fit in exceptionally well with the likes of Dave Bliss, Scott Drew, Art Briles, Ken Starr, etc.
That reality has nothing to with her son, who could very well be a great kid.
I genuinely wish him the best with his future.

It usually helps to research before you put your foot in your mouth.
In the 2011 season, Gary Blair's Aggies beat Baylor in the Elite 8 enroute to winning the national championship.
Mulkey spent the entire press conference after that loss whining because her team had to play A&M a 4th time that season (despite the fact that they won the previous 3 games that year).

Our women's teams have beaten her teams and won a nationally championship in the process.
You're not going to be objective about this, and I guess I can understand that, since you're correlating her with her son.
But trust me when I say she doesn't have many fans outside of Waco, TX.

She has 2. We have 1. We wouldn't trade Blair for her at all.
We like our coaches to have at least some shred of dignity (even though Sumlin is kinda questionable right now).
