Man we hve squared up a few pitches in this series that would have been sitting on the tennis courts in Athens and they just can’t get out of the jet stream in Austin

Way hogs are playing, if mizzou can get some pitching, they may just sneak a win in on one of these games today

Bunt single by the catcher. Not something you hear every day.

Not like this. You might get a day with some 10 mph gusts in February or March but unless you have a strong storm system moving through, it’s pretty chill in April/May. A lot of that is topography as Athens sits in a river valley (with Sanford Stadium built into the river bed) and Foley sits atop one of the plateaus on either side of the valley. Storm systems come through but usually weaken by the time they get to us because of where we sit adjacent to the blue ridge and on the east side of Atlanta

He should’ve been batting leadoff yesterday and playing 2B with Burnett in RF. Been dealing with a quad injury the last two weeks but we need him in our lineup precisely because of his bat

Sometimes the only thing between the North Pole and Texas are a couple of barb wire fences.
