Maybe once in a while, but not every season. It would be different if New Orleans wasn't such an abject shithole.

It's happened in the past and probably will in the future. But it's not common.

For instance, we played Vandy in the Titans' stadium in 2014. I don't remember whose turn it was to host (they hosted us in 2013 and we hosted them in 2015). Arkansas and A&M also play in Arlington despite hosting games on campus once A&M first joined the conference.

If I remember, it was

Y1 - @A, host B
Y2 - @B, host C
Y3 - @C, host D
Y4 - @D, host E
Y5 - @E, host A

Or something to that effect.
