No Alabama fan (or Tennessee fan, for that matter) will ever forget that beautiful day 6 years ago when a twenty-something year old kid of an offensive coordinator, with a cobbled together offensive line missing two starters (including one All-American)...who had only been suspended that morning in the textbook case...took John Chavis out behind the woodshed and beat the shite out of him. For those who weren't able to see it firsthand...

It's actually true. I have a customer that works on the audio equipment on the sidelines, including the headsets, and part of his job during the game is to keep check on all the frequencies which requires him to listen in thoughout the game. He told me that he lets smart do what he wants. He does, of course like all coaches, make suggestions here and there, but the guy said that smart ignores him on them as often as he listens to him.
Offense however, let's just say that from what I heard, there were a few times last year where saban was cussing Nuss more then he was cussing players.
