For example, Time Warner Cable does not grant you access to SECN+ and I have to use my parents Comcast account to use it even though I have the SECN and the SECN alternate channel via my TV package.

I have Brighthouse network (under Time Warner corp) and we don't get Secn+ either....and I've already been bitching at them for months cause I've missed a lot of UF baseball and softball due to this.
