So what are the odds we make it?

Y'all gonna need to win the SEC tournament or win out. You lost to too many scrubs unfortunately.

Not good, but not impossible

Does Arkansas get in having lost to a team who lost to too many scrubs?

Even if we finish 4th in the SEC reg season?
if we did this in the ACC, Big Ten or Big East would we have a better shot with the committee?

The 4th best team in terms of conference record in those conferences would make the tournament. Not necessarily for the SEC though. The SEC is weak in basketball this year.

Need to go 4-2 down the stretch so we have 20 wins and 12-6 in conference. Then probably need to get a win in Nashville.
The Boston and Stetson losses are really bad, but it would help if Boston can stay a Quad 3 loss and not go back to Quad 4.

That's horseshite .... or hogshit, whatever.
SC goes 11-7 regular season conference play with a strong road record, finishes 4th once again and draws a bye once again .... but this time wins two games in the conference tourney - and we're in.
Are Hawg fans still saying they're a shoe-in and will finish 9-9 in conference play?

Think 5-1 SEc finish is a bare minimum to even be considered a spot for USCe. 4-2 puts you at 12-6, but that OOC is so bad I dont think your NET might even be Top 50 still.

Bama needs 18 regular season wins and 1 in the tournament IMO. It’s doable

If we beat Florida today and LSU at home to close out they year? Yes we do. Look we smacked high quality OOC opponents this year. Several of them will win their conference. It's the only reason they're still allowing us in tournament discussions. Basically the only team who can finish 8-10 in conference and still make it.

No but if you look at our OOC opponents over half of them are #1 or #2 in their conference. We can go 8-10 in conference and still get in and yes, over y'all. Outside of one game we haven't lost by more than 7 and we have 0 loses in quad 3 or quad 4. Y'all have one of each. I'm sorry but we have the better resume. It just is what it is.

Bare minimum? If SC finishes 5-1 they'll end up with a better seed than LSU

Yes. 2012-13 Alabama finished 3rd in the SEC (12-6) and 21-12 overall but got left out - almost certainly because they lost to Tulane, Mercer, and Dayton at home.
2010-11 Alabama went 12-4 in the SEC, again 3rd best, and also got left out because of the bad losses and overall weak schedule they had OOC.

and?
We finished with a better seed than Auburn, Ole Miss, Miss State and Florida last year.

South Carolina could finish 4th and still have 2 SEC teams at 5th and 6th make the tourney over them.

We finished 4th last year and the teams that finished 5,6,7 and 8 made it over us
