There is a difference between being cryptic for the sake of doing it and saying that a story will break within the next two or three days. Finebaum usually doesn't lie about such things breaking news.

I do know Clay Travis is coming down. That was the one who had Wetzel on last week. Only thing that Robinson has talked about on Twitter was the LSU stuff.

Yah, I'm getting tired of this BS too. These sports writers (and I use that term loosely) see how jacked up college football fans get when they toss the bait out. So now they do it a lot.
Although my gut instinct tells me AU is up to some dirty shite, I'm not buying any of this foreshadowing. Be a journalist, not a tease.

After listening to Finebaum spend the better part of a year trying to tell his listeners that Anthony Grant really didn't want to be at Alabama and that Tony Barbee was out-recruiting him, I don't put any stock in anything he says, and I think that anyone who does is really pretty clueless.
