We got pulled over one night and they took a guy in our car to jail. Took him for an unpaid ticket. He spent from Friday night till Monday morning in jail. The ticket had actually been paid.
He didn't get the three days back. By the way, he was White. I guess that blows your little racism narrative all the hell.

A mistaken arrest of a white person where you were a witness doesn't mean that Police don't racially profile or commit racist acts while in Uniform
A bad thing happening to white guy doesn't invalidate that a bad thing also happened to these 2 seemingly innocent Blacks

I believe this thread has went way past the initial issue. However my post wasnt about this one instance. I see a lot of anger in these posts and no solutions. Yet no one on here even knows how things in their gov work. Ya'll just worked up and don't know how to do anything else but complain.
And since so many of you think there is a major problem get involved and try to fix the issues.
But I can guarantee that yall wont. You want to have something to be angry about. Some people cant live without drama. So instead of volunteering or working in communities or in your local government this is what you do.

Believing in the Constitution and the 4A doesn't make anyone a SJW, it simply makes them an American that expects the Law Enforcement Community to adhere to ALL aspects of our Constitution, not just the parts they agree with

There are no issues to fix
We have a clear set of rules validated by numerous Supreme Court Decisions, that set of Rules is commonly known as the US Constitution
If Law Enforcement would simply follow the US Constitution and follow existing guidelines we wouldn't have these issues
I know several Cops here in Metro Atlanta and they all tell me the same thing, you're trained on how to do things by the Book and then your FTO - Field Training Officer shows you how to be "a Cop", how to operate in the gray areas of Rule Book and how to violate Constitutional Rights in order to be "effective in the real world"
There's a lot of naive idiots on this Site that thinks LE can do no wrong and by default questions anyone that seeks to hold LE accountable

You beat me to it. This poster has used this same "argument" (if you can even call it that) multiple times and not just in this thread. I'm not sure how people get college educations and still don't have a firm grasp on forming logically valid arguments.

The real excitement is gonna ramp up when a current player on south carolina's Roster that was influenced by Lattimore's mentoring, takes a knee when the Anthem is played at a south carolina home game this season

Immaterial to the discussion, the Cops are beholden to the US Constitution, regardless of the ethnic makeup of the person being questioned
The body cam video will expose whether or not the accusers are overly sensitive (understandable), OR did the Cops use reasonable discretion and take reasonable measures
I think the Cops saw 2 Blacks under the age of 35 and figured they weren't college educated and went a little too far, IMO a clean cut white college educated couple that's the equivalent of those 2 would have been treated far differently

FWIW, I was at a place where a little POS like you wouldn't understand. The head of a huge corp and needed to get to Houston ASAP. I had no worries but you worry abut your constitutional rights since you've got plenty of time on your hands. when I had a budget of a billion dollars a year (in 1990 dollars) to attend to. My freaking lawyers handled my heat and constitutional rights. And my speeding tickets, my lawsuits, etc. Plus the Harris County Sheriff's office handled all my other constitutional crisis issues. And if that didn't work my secretary would get the Texas AG on the horn.

Stopping a black male at random because he's walking through a predominantly white, gated community is an unlawful detention for race-based reasons.
Splitting hairs? Tell SCOTUS that.
