They might have, but everyone else in the conference hated his arse.

Also, nb4 claims that I hated fat Phil for being a rat. I hated his arse for the coup he staged to get the job in the first place. It was pretty fricking worthless.

Steven Garcia was not the QB at USCe in 1998

Must have taken a medical redshirt that year.

What is the story behind it? I know they didn't play for the SECCG, but why? Or why did they hang the sign?

How old are you? Is 2003 that long ago for some people?

I'm 24. Back then I didn't pay much attention to other teams. And honestly at 16 I wasn't terribly worried about following football.

Auburn is the defending BCS champions. Still has not really sunk in.

Division co-champs also get a trophy. (see Ole Miss 2003, LSU a couple of times.)

Even though only one team represents the division in Atlanta, any co-champ also gets a division championship trophy. I've seen the LSU co-division champs trophies in the trophy room in the stadium. BUT, only Ole Miss seems proud of theirs

Ole Miss has the highest win to loss ratio in Bowl games in the SEC.

I'm not sure if South Carolina has.

I can understand why you might not want to remember this.

I'd say its pretty hard to believe. You'd think at some point they'd run into a win over a #1 team in their history

Florida by default in 2008. Weren't #1 at the time, but they finished there.

South Carolina had a Heisman trophy winner almost 30 years before Alabama did.

That Arkansas had 3 starting NFL tailbacks on the same team and we couldn't win a single SEC title. That Jason Peters, arguably the best Tackle in the NFL played TE for Arkansas. That George Wilson a starter for several years now in the NFL at safety played WR for Arkansas. That Matt Jones, a first round draft pick at WR played QB at Arkansas.

Well if were doing this, it suprised me when i learned Hines ward threw for 400 yards in a bowl game :mindblown:
