Yeah ok. Because an LSU guy shut you up... I see the insecurity written all over that.

You proved nothing. I just find it hilarious that you come to a message board and openly post your income. My guess is your personal life, or lack there of, is shite.

The other thing to consider is a LOT of that money goes to Petroleum Engineers. Nothing at all wrong with that, and there's not much reason at present to think this will happen again, but when I was in school those numbnuts had headhunters setting up personal appointments with them in their junior years, begging them to come work with them. And they did remarkably well... until they didn't. In the mid-80's most of them were unemployed. Not trying to be the voice of doom, but that is bound to happen again. I'd recommend Mechanical/Civil/Chemical Engineering all day. Smaller salaries but way more stability.

I know, but now he can go to sleep at night knowing that someone possibly could have thought he made $500k last year.

What's the big deal, it's not like I posted my SS#. It's a number, one that apparently irks the hell out of you, which, is exactly why I did it.

I just posted a stat I saw, and took a fun shot at Bama grads. It doesn't mean I support the info or don't know what causes the differences between the salaries. And odds are, none of the numbers are correct.

I love the amount of dick measuring that's happened on this board today. Between this thread and the one earlier where the auburn fan was trying to fight every poster on here at a loves truck stop in asswater Alabama, it's been hilarious. If you all were content with your careers and made 250+, you wouldn't be worried about impressing a bunch of Internet usernames with "said" salary.

Why do you need the bet to post it? You can just post it and prove him wrong anyway.

It's only awesome if he's a good person and does right with his income. Money doesn't define what kind of human being you are.

Judging by his comments, I don't think any of the above is true.

You scared. It's okay, I'm sure it's not the first time your big mouth has pinned you in a corner.
