Becoming more like the NFL everyday....

Between what you mentioned in the OP and playoff expansion, I agree.

Rather unfortunate as I barely care about the NFL anymore. I hope my interest in CFB doesn't follow suit.

EDIT: For me specifically the playoff expansion makes it more NFL-like. I actually like the parity across the nation. But a Bama fan mentioned that with expanded playoffs, losing to Texas and maybe dropping 1-2 conference games, they'll probably still make the playoffs in that scenario. THAT is very NFL like, and will definitely water down the regular season.

How does Utah look physically superior to Florida?

Their players are more experienced?

Florida has a lot of underclassman/first time starters playing now.

Welp, one thing is sure…A&M never contributed to any ‘momentum’ we ever had

get back to this at the end of the season, when things really count.

Re the LSU-Florida State game, yes LSU looked sloppy. Yes, LSU looks like the secondary (and entire defense) is a work in progress. LSU still played the 'Noles even through 3 quarters.
And what gets me, if it's true: someone here said Fla State's band spelled out 45-24 in their halftime show this week? That's pretty pathetic, if you ask me. That's as bad as A&M printing commemorative cups for beating LSU in 2018, or Wisconsin's coach saying the season opener against an SEC team was like their bowl game.

LSU was wanting to win, but it wouldn't have been something we made into the halftime show the next week. It was just a nice game on the schedule.

Are Tallahassee and Clemson not in the South? Dadgum, I say they're Deep South.

Tallahassee is basically in lower Alabama.

Bama LSU A@M all have to win out and frankly I probably give all 3 teams about a 5 percent chance for one of them to win out .
