A couple pics from AU's 3rd practice.
290 lb freshman Ladarious Phillips. He is a big boy. Back flips and shite.
Michael Dyer lookin swole
McCalleb and Fannin. Caaaaaannn you feeeeellll the loooooovvvveeeee toniiiiiiggghhhttt.... Onterio is much heavier than he was last year. Good to see.
RaRa and Darren Bates. White came in about 243, which is pretty impressive for a guy that was maybe 220 in high school last year.

I was at pratice today and the defense is looking 100000X times better than last season so far.. Better cornerback play better safety play(getting rid of Matt Harris). Darius Winston is now SEC ready guys is an absolute stud. Guys swarm to the ball. They are making plays on the ball in the secondary instead of just looking around like last year. DE's are looking good Coach Caldwell who knows all about the SEC is making strides with them. The most impressive newcomers so far are Byran Jones and Marquel Wade. Chris Smith is also a stud newcomer expect him and Jones to get significant playing time this year. On offense.. Mallett looks like he was never injured he is crisp as they come. Guy is a leader on the field. Tyler Wilson tweaked his wrist a little today, but he will be fine. Brandon Mitchell was out with the newcomers today he looks impressive as always. Wr's... Greg Childs looks like he is made from stone, guy is ripped and looks to have gotten better hands over the summer didn't drop any balls today. Joe Adams... he is unreal he has the quickest first step i have ever seen. I feel sorry for anybody who has to cover him this fall. Cobi Hamilton is fast and can catch and make people miss. thats pretty much sums him up. Ronnie Wingo and Broderick Green are HUGE guys are solid. They are big and fast. O-Line... These guys listen to Coack Klinakis(sp?) When he speaks they listen.. Roman Broadway looks to be taking the leadership of the secondary. He wasn't happy about how they ended pratice, so he kept the entire secondary out after pratice and made them work extra. The kicking competition is really heating up.. Alex Tejada and Eduardo Camara both went 6-7 on field goal with Camara's miss coming from 46 and Tejada's miss coming from 48. Freshman Eric Bennett was the best returning punts. After a interception made by Andru Stewart he ran if for a touchdown and dropped the ball and then Coach Bobby Petrino said.. "Dont drop the ball ever. Don't drop the ball on field every. That goes for everybody. You run it back and hand it to somebody.". Everyone said "yes sir." Arkansas's summer conditioning regime is superb.. Nobody looked out of shape or even winded after practice. This was in 100 degree heat i might add. These guys are in tip top shape.

Well that certainly explains it then. Less
than a pack of cigs though. on the switch to Nike. Unis are looking pretty good. Dunno on the name up the side of the tugs, but overall easier on the eyes.
