Who said that? Look Kiper, Jr., quick is better than fast in football. Palmer ran over a 4.6 and could not be tackled in a phone booth. What matters is how fast you hit top speed and Dexter does that as well as anyone I have seen.

I was never impressed with McCluster's straight-line speed. Not saying he doesn't have any, I just don't think he has break away speed that made you say wow like Demps, Rainey, and Holliday. On the other hand, it is unreal what he can sometimes do with his quickness and abilities in the open field.

Speed is in direct relation to how good you are at football, thats why all coaches, I mean all, including master saban, want to know your forty time.

No shite. But I would take a 4.6 guy that is faster out of the gate and has more elusiveness and lateral movement over a pure 4.4 burner with straight-line speed, which is all the 40 tests. There are better measurements of "football speed".
