Wow, so Texas, Missouri and others knowingly broke rule #1. So why no punishment and uproar over it?

In a court of law, yes evidence is needed.
It's not a criminal case.

But you did it.

can you cite the specific bylaw?
I can go look it up...again.
But I'm not going to.

Who did what?
LSU is clearly guilty of what LSU is being accused of.
Bringing up others as justification or to claim selective enforcement is an admission of the guilt.

So you agree Texas, Missouri and others are clearly guilty of breaking SEC rules?

If the rule didn't exist before hand, you wouldn't have needed a judge to make them eligible.
I don't think you even know what you're arguing anymore
Here's the timeline:
NCAA created the 5 for 5 rule in June and excluded the class of 2022.
Thereafter, lawsuits were filed across the country from class of 2022 athletes seeking injunctions to play. One of those lawsuits was filed by 43 athletes in Louisiana.
Kiffin recruits two of the players granted an injunction against the NCAA to play.
The SEC then creates a rule saying effectively LSU is barred from rostering them. LSU does not roster them.
The plantiffs (all 43 of them) amend and add the SEC and Sankey as a party and get an emergency injunction. LSU still does not roster any players invovled.
A hearing took place last Thursday where the plaintiffs prevailed and a TRO was entered against the SEC, NCAA, and LSU. LSU still did not roster the players.
The SEC, the same day as Thursdays hearing, filed a federal lawsuit in Alabama asking for injunctive relief and also called for a meeting to sanction LSU. LSU still did not roster the players.
LSU fills it's roster yesterday, making it impossible to roster the involved players.
That hearing was set for today and it was continued indefinitely.
So again, I ask you, where did LSU break any bylaws? Players across the country, again, found a loop hole in the NCAA's bylaws, filed suit over it, and won. Kiffin then recruited players who were deemed eligible by a state court judge. When the SEC said not to sign them, they didn't.

I don't know.
I know you are affirming that LSU is guilty and you are trying to point at others as justification or to claim selective enforcement.

evidence is required in civil cases too
Having different burdens of proof in a civil suit as opposed to a criminal case does not mean one requires evidence and the other doesn't. Jesus Christ, you need to step away from this.

You're just grasping and straws and trying to gaslight people over it.
"Kiffin didn't really mean what he said and all the actions taken aren't proof of the intent".

Why don’t you know?
They clearly had players who entered the draft on their rosters week 1. Is that not a violation of SEC rules as written in it’s bylaws?

In a civil court you only need to show that it's more than likely true. Which as I showed previous is made clear by the words of Kiffin and the actions of LSU.
This is why we often see criminal cases fail, but then the civil case after succeeding.
Claim what you want, cry about how LSU is the victim. There is no amount of evidence or indicators that you won't try to create an excuse for because you are emotionally driven.

You have demonstrated the same here.

Because it's irrelevant to the topic outside you inadvertently admitting guilt and trying to justify it.

Lol. What is lsu guilty of? They not on the roster nor did they play a snap.
Can that be said of the other schools mentioned?
