Tell us what was named in the lawsuit and what evidence backs that up, also listed in the lawsuit.

The SEC’s Professionalism Rules
33. Both the NCAA and the SEC have long maintained rules that prohibit individuals who have entered a professional draft, signed professional contracts, or been rostered on a professional athletics team from competing in college athletics.

Among those rules is NCAA Bylaw 12.2.4, which provides that a student-athlete “shall not enter into any kind of agreement to compete in professional athletics, either orally or in writing, regardless of the legal enforceability of that agreement.” This NCAA Bylaw is incorporated by reference and is effective as an SEC Bylaw pursuant to SEC Bylaw 14.01.1. See Exhibit A.

Very, very interesting that the SEC is trying to piggyback off of NCAA rules by using 14.01.1 here, but ignoring the same in cases like Pavia, Chambliss, and others.

It even fricking bolds the Kiffin quotes - and has more of them. Kiffin's own words will be used against him(shocking). He lays out that LSU is guilty. He admitted it publicly.

He admitted to recruiting the players nearly a week after their TRO was granted and they entered the portal.

SHOCKING!!!

I've tried to give an honest assessment of what the SEC's case is and all I've gotten is the same stupid shite on repeat.

So how did Sankey convince 15 allegedly smart college Presidents and Chancellors it's time to take a vote to possibly expel a member institution? This story can't be over or Sankey is the best Houdini since the original Houdini.
