I may be misunderstanding this post but Bama ladies just won an SEC Cross Country championship last week (men were 2nd).

This academic year, Arkansas has its 29th SEC title in Mens Cross Country. So Arkansas is at 1 SEC title currently. Alabama claimed the womens title.
