Also it would be cool to talk sports with many of the posters on here. Even you, Cyde and Bird, y'all are some of the better Bama posters.

I have a buddy who does that. After the SECCG in 09' we went to a bar in ATL and he bought a round of shots every time a Bama fan approached our side of the bar. I got way drunker than I initially intended too that night.

fair enough. I know only a few of the LSU posters are considered the good ones too depending who you ask. There are also some good Bama posters on ESPN.

Don't worry, there are many times I want you to DIAF, but you are actually pretty good when it gets late

Totally understandable. I may be in the minority, but I think what makes the rant so great is the combination of posts/threads that are legit, trolls, and straight out flames. It's why I come here. If everything was civilized convo, this place would blow.

I can see that, I like that so many different fanbases are represented. Even those outside the SEC.
Hell, I got in the middle of a Commenwealth Cup war on TR. At the time I had the VCU team sig going, and I think for a few pages, only a few posts had the LSU sig

I actually didn't notice when you switched back.
You got a tie to Mizzou. I spent time at VCU, Mom and Step-Dad are alum, and I lived 12 years in Richmond.
Amazing how unpopular I was in 08 as a bartender in Richmond saying I wanted LSU to hire Grant.
My Mom also DID NOT like me saying I wanted Smart last year.

I have zero ties to Mizzou, just went through a phase . If LSU still wants Grant, you can probably have him. He may be headed out the door. It is make or break this year.

Oh I am more than happy with Jones at the moment.
I really like where he has us headed, and since he his alum, I don't think he will go elsewhere.

I am surprised Grant hasn't done better there. I did really ry respect him last year when he suspended all those players. Even being at Bama part of me wants him to do well.
