Dude I think most agreed that the SEC was full of good teams without any necessarily great teams

And the SEC went 6-2 in the first round so it's not like this tournament was a dud the way it was for the Pac-12 or the ACC minus Duke and UNC

Yeah, 8 teams in the NCAA tourney and 6 of them moved on to the second round --which mainly confirms about what everyone thought. SEC had a lot of Top 32 teams but not really many Top 16 teams.

Add to that: Miss St and LSU looking fine in the NIT

And: these 10 teams don't even include South Carolina that made it to the Final Four last year and Vandy with the best recruiting class in their history coming in.

If you don't call that a renaissance from the last decade, I'm not sure what the definition of renaissance is.

One of the last teams in, Cuse, has already won 3 games and is headed to the sweet 16.

Speaks to the depth of the ACC this year.

Cuse was able to beat a 3 seed predicted by many to win the title, despite no bench depth and one of their stars fouling out early.

UF can beat anyone in the country on a neutral floor, unfortunately we didn’t get to play on a neutral floor this tournament.

Says more about the Big Ten being overrated. But if you want a good example of just how good the ACC is I think we have an ACC vs SEC game on now.

that was just favorable matchup for Texas AM (size advantage) and UNC is having worst 3 point shooting day that I've seen for them. THis is actually a better 3 point shooting team than most UNC teams.

UNC's seed and Texas AM's seed tells you what the better team is. It isn't based on beating one team.
