An LSU fan called into the local sports station stating that schools located in states where medical is legal don't have to test for Mary Jane. Anybody know the validity of this?

It's on the ballot in Arky in November

Maybe we can get over the recruiting hump...

still not legal to consume marijuana regardless of medical certificate. Only legal in Cali and Oregon to dispense but not to consume. Federal law trumps any state law. Federal govt just doesn't persue.

Wouldn't matter. It would be a team rule regardless. That won't change until its not a Federal Law.

And BTW, medical marijuana is the biggest joke. It's a shame that legalization people put all their energy into getting it semi legal through the medical route. There should be all out campaigns to make it fully legal and the crop Hemp should be a pillar of our society. It can do everything. The first Ford Model T was made out of Hemp, and made to run on Hemp oil. We've been played like fools.
