Even though COVID symptoms are minor or asymptomatic the message has been sent from the top, create COVID fear that way the mandate case for Biden has a better chance of succeeding in SCOTUS. The fifth circuit shot down the mandate as unconstitutional and the sixth held it up as constitutional. Now SOTUS has to make their ruling and if there is not enough fear in the general public the Biden administration has a bigger chance of losing.
