No matter where you fall in all of this him not knowing the 5 for 5 rule is absurd.

And it's why the SEC could be screwed moving forward in any further litigation.

It really is insane.
For him to fly to Baton Rouge and not be at least partially caught up on the actual case is fricking crazy.
