Is old piss playing a player that the sec/ncaa said was ineligible. Did bama play a player the sec said was ineligible? Has multiple teams in the sec fostered players the sec said was ineligible?

No, the SEC didn't get involved in that suit, other than filing an affadavit.
They inserted themselves into this one.
