Who cares?
It's not like Kiffin have ever taken a nobody nothing from some backwater Div II program and turned them into a star. Oh wait....

Chambliss was 14-1 at Ferris St, threw for 26 TDs on 6 INT on nearly 3000 yards passing while also rushing for over 1000 yards and 25 TDs on the ground. They won the Div II National Championship.

Kiffin didn't turn him into a star. Someone found him for Kiffin. He wasn't even the starter at Ole Miss originally.

The original starter for Ole Miss this year was a recruit Kiffin got out of highschool. Hard to say what he would have been, however in the 2 games he did play this year combined with garbage time later in the year, he had 4 TDs and 5 INTs.

In 2015 they basically had to make him work with Coker. He wanted Cooper Bateman because it was more his style, aka a mobile QB. Saban let him start him in 2015 against Ole Miss. That lasted about a quarter before he was pulled, Alabama lost and Kiffin was forced to run Henry with Coker as QB.

LSU fans are 100% clueless on who they hired.

^ how fans aren't concerned that LK saw Simmons and Chambliss for months and, not only started Simmons, was putting him on a Heisman campaign

We like him. We are ok with him being our coach. We believe he can do a good job. There is literally nothing your opinion or your entire novel can do to change that. Give it a rest already bro. Nobody in purple and gold give a frick about what you think.

“And there it is”
Yeah a reasonable fan wondering why Kiffin dropped the bag on a quarterback that’s had zero success against quality defenses, or average SEC defenses

KIffin had Chambliss at no 2 this year. He will have Leavitt at no 1 next year.

Its the coach and his offensive scheme.........................

Hey Rebels…..U should know that Lane and Wei’s are QB whisperers! They turned Chambliss into a top 3-4 QB going into the draft! And Leavitt is a hell of a lot more developed than he was coming out of Arizona St. stop hating u idiots.

Because he isn’t great. He is a solid QB with high level experience. I can’t believe they are throwing millions at him but he’s the best option at this point.
