Why stop there Comrade! Why not have a central government just run everything...
Karl Marx would be proud of you.

I bet Manchin does..he and Saban are best friends since their youth.
You do not send best friends a letter, you pick up a phone or email him. You do not go public with your views when your friend is involved.

If it was up to the Democrats you could vote 24/7 months out from your living room recliner. Or have a relative vote for you. You do not deserve the right to vote if you are too fricking lazy to get off your butt and go to the polls.

On December 18, 1971, Saban married Terry Constable, also from West Virginia. In 1973, he graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor's degree in business. Saban played defensive back for Kent State under coach Don James. He and a roommate avoided being part of the Kent State shootings, on May 4, 1970, when they decided to eat lunch before walking to the rally area.[14]

They can't even run their own elections properly. That whole primary stuff is 100% made up shite by the 2 political parties and there are very few if any regulations towards it.
The entire thing is a scam.

Anyone that is a liberal is scum.

This is beyond "liberal". It's Communist. This bill would give Democrats permanent power. Like Stalin said, "It doesn't matter who casts the votes, what matters is who counts them". Saban is so rich he'd be pretty immune to consequences from the law if it passed. The rest of us peasants wouldn't.

Heck yea!! Love talking politics. It's why ESPN is the best. Wish all my sports had more emphasis on it. Can we work COVID into this convo?

All depends on the political opinion, now doesn't it ? We're not exactly talking about Saban's opinion on if speed limits should be 65 as opposed to 70. This issue is significantly more important than that.
By signing his name to that letter, he attached the influence of Alabama football to it. If Nick didn't want his politics to negatively influence his position at Alabama, he shouldn't have attempted to use his position at Alabama to advance his politics.

He did. Needs to stay in his lane.
Posted on 1/18/22 at 3:55 pm to stang14
Alabama needs to suspend him for the first 2 games next season to show him who's boss.

Being in favor of rigged elections is kind of a big deal. It actually transcends football although it obviously doesn't for some dumbass gumps.

This isn't just a political opinion you count. This is our coach trying to influence our elections and how we vote. Get Saban's balls out of your mouth, dumb arse.

Coach Saban is a typical limousine liberal. He has F U $$$ so to him these things don't matter. He gets points with recruits and no impact on his day to day life.
I went to my first BAMA game at 5 months old in the fall of 1960. No coach will ever be bigger that the Crimson Tide, IMO.

His politics make him even less likable and should keep his mouth shut like all celebrities and athletes. They generally have less common sense than a 7 year old. Some things are more important than sports, this is one of those things
