Who said I believed it? I just relaying how a lot of Bama fans feel about the Coleman situation.

Bama fans have made it clear, if they want him, they'll get him. Saban obviously wants the kid. Will Saban be able to flip him?
No. We will get whoever the frick we want. Mean Gene is no joke and would like to thank Bama for coming out and hopes they enjoyed the show.

I agree with this, although I'm not sure many Auburn fans would have this time last year.
I just don't see us getting him. If it's obvious to us he was our 3rd or 4th choice it has to be obvious to him.

Don't pay attention the irrational ones. They're opinion doesn't mean shite. Neither does mine, as a matter of fact.

Here's the deal - we'll get either Stone OR Coleman, but not both. It's going to end up being whichever gives Saban a commitment first. If it's Stone, then Coleman will stick with Auburn. If it's Coleman, then Stone ends up at UT.
This is not a case of "Coleman didn't have a committable offer" if he ends up at Auburn... it's a case of we don't have room to sign them both, and one of them made up their mind before the other.

Except for the top 3 players in the state... and four out of the top 5... right?

There is also the possibility that you miss out on both Stone and Coleman.

CFBFAN1121: So Bama fans don't go to AU boards, right?
Probably not, if they are like me. I used to frequent Auburn's Scout site, ITAT, to lurk and sometimes post on "The Line of Scrimmage," where rivals are ... rather, were welcomed. After the 36-0 beat-down

Because they haven't decided where they want to go, and are still in the middle of the "recruiting process". Coleman is still on his visit to Miami right now. You are mistaking my confidence for arrogance.

Kid A and kid B both want the last X-Box on the shelf but instead of going after it they wait to see if the other is going to pick it up. doesn't compute.

Coleman taking a 3-day official visit to 'Bama speaks volumes. I don't know where he'll wind up but his family is seriously looking at us.

Nothing is a given until the papers are in, it's what makes signing day so crazy and exciting.

That's not an accurate analogy. It has more to do with the coaches and our limited space than it does the players waiting to see which will commit first. If Stone commits first, then the coaches will call Coleman and tell him we no longer have room. If Coleman commits first, the coaches will call Stone and tell him good luck at UT. It's not like the two recruits are making their decision together.

Because neither of them is committed to anyone

Coleman received an offer months ago from Bama, it was not until recently that Bama pushed hard for him. This is not one that he was waiting for an offer he had one.
