Do I think there is more actual proof that bammer has cheated in recent years?
Cam all but told the world they took money but he didn't know about it. And Auburn had kids posting all over Facebook and Twitter that y'all were giving them iPhones.

Okl. recruited Cam. Stoops said nobody asked them for money. Tenn. recruited Cam. Kiffin said nobody asked them for money.

Auburn said nobody asked them for money. The FEDS checked into it. You can't hide money from the FEDS...as an individual or as a company. The only person asking for money was involved in Cam's recruitment to Miss. St.. It's not really that hard to grasp. The guy was a runner for an agent. He made his money off of getting people money for play.
you cant be serious with this shite

Still sounds to me like Pat White is bitter Alabama didn't offer him.
but they did...just because he isn't listed as one of his interests o on one website doesn't mean they didn't offer
every article from back then even on rivals says he had an offer and how hard Bama was recruiting him...he just wasn't interested in them

How in the frick can you watch college football and not know players get extra benefits. Some may be cheaper than others but they get paid one way or another. I think the only reason that the NCAA only gets involved is to justify their existence

In my mind, getting an offer for a position you don't want to play is basically the same as not getting an offer.

This could not be going better.

You really don't grasp the concept of cash money do you

These threads turn into the same thing every time I look at one.

Reporter: "I apologize coach. You're right, I do have a better off season question than that. Why doesn't Alabama like black quarterbacks, coach? I'll hang up and listen."
Reporter drops notes and walks out
Saban: "Oh, this mother****** is about to have himself an accident..."

Why? What would that accomplish?
My biggest question in the whole thing was......this runner for an agent talked to two Miss. St. boosters, about money, on Egg Bowl weekend. That was documented. Why did Miss. St. continue to recruit Cam until Dec. 31, the day he signed with Auburn? Like I said, Auburn stopped recruiting Lache Seastrunk three weeks before NSD. Stopped cold. It was later found out his handler was asking for $25k. Lache was rated as the #1 RB by one of the services. He was in all three top 3's. That year Dyer, Seastrunk, and Lattimore were all ranked #1 by one of the services. Oregon was put on probation for paying for Seastrunk. Miss. St. has since been put on probation for recruiting violations. Auburn received a colonoscopy and wasn't put on probation. People that still think Auburn paid for Cam don't want to acknowledge the facts.

You can believe whatever you want. I really don't care. I believe there is just as much proof that LSU paid Patrick Peterson as there is Auburn paid Cam or anyone else. Miami fans have always said Patrick Peterson was paid to play at LSU, even before the former coach at A&M made his comments about the street agent wanting $80,000 for him
These camp guys try to get shite from schools all the time. I have the good fortune of being the legal guardian to my two nephews. They're both incredible kids and I raised them like they were my own. The oldest was a heavily recruited kid by all the smaller schools. His biggest offer was Central Florida. He eventually ended up walking on at LSU. We took visits to Florida, Miami, Louisville, Rutgers, Texas Tech, La. Tech and Central Florida. The shite that goes down on these visits is insane when you're talking about 16 or 17 year old kids. Those camp goons are everywhere basically throwing names out like they're big time agents or some shite. I've see multiple schools run these guys off of campus including LSU. However, those 7 on 7s are major recruiting tools now and they're not going anywhere.

quote:It would hopefully separate me from the whole situation. I would be doing all I can to stay away from the whole mess. Saying, "Yeah, the guy asked us for money" only gets you involved, and it can also turn Auburn against you. So many of these schools are in a sort of Cold War. They all have dirt on each other. To use the old phrase, "don't start shite, won't be shite."
Why? What would that accomplish?

They all cheat to a certain extent. I knew a Huntingdon Baseball player that got money, so it's a no brainer that everyone of these high profile football players are getting something somehow.
