Saban would be undefeated without all those damned players!

Come again?

Maybe not by name, but the dude constantly blamed the players for every failure!
I think some people tend to romanticize the saban-era a tad.

Am I the only one who understands the point that he was trying to make? And where did he name any particular player in his statement?

Him not playing was the biggest reason for the loss I think. Line looked NOTHING like it did the whole year. Instead of it being a positive ramming the ball down people's throat, it became a swinging gate without Andre Smith.

losing to florida and playing a mountain west team that Bama felt was beneath them was the biggest reason for the loss I think

FIFY

Losing Smith hurt but it just provides a convenient tangible excuse rather than admitting that they really didn't feel like they had to try that hard vs. Utah.

might have had some validity had the score not been 21-0 with 4 minutes left in the 1st quarter...

I think its a little of both.

I would find it hard to get up or interested in playing Utah.

If LSU was playing Utah in the Sugar Bowl, I might not even watch it live and just DVR it.

Try ending the season on your 4th string quarterback.

I love T.C., but was anybody else worried when he started warming up on the sideline?

Saban is Tigerbait.

There are a lot of LSU fans in the legislature. I wonder if we could get a law passed that makes it a misdemeanor in Louisiana to refer to him as anything other than "Coach Tigerbait"? It would be completely unenforceable, as violative of the 1st Amendment, and Louisiana's constitutional protection of free speech, but it would be cool just to tell people.

My buddy whom i went to the LSU game with last year wore a Saban Bait t-shirt to the game and sat in the student section. Some of the looks he got were priceless.
