Because Tennessee will be among all the rest of the also rans if NIL isn't regulated, and buying a quarterback won't save them.

Why would Saban call out tenner, they are essentially a bottom feeder in the SEC now, he's got bigger fish to fry.

The hypocrisy of Bama fans is the bullshite outcry about the future of college football when they have been benefitting from cheating forever.
The gnashing of teeth and "Lord Saban done warned y'all" is them seeing their kingdom slip from their grasp. Single-wide toothless gumps can't compete with big corporate money.
