Yeah. You guys are the cornerstone of football morality. Throughout your entire history!

I'm sorry if this hurts your ears.

But we always knew you were a literal bitch. At least someone's.

You literally have to make up moral victories as a coping mechanism.

rivals

That's a pretty weak distinction.

rival /ri'v?l/
noun

1. One who attempts to equal or surpass another, or who pursues the same object as another; a competitor.

All 4 teams are pursuing the same championship.

And not a single one of you would have a problem doing what LSU's doing to Ole Miss to your own school's primary rival.

Yeah man!

unfortunately for you, I didn't have to make up the Gumps melting on tis board about an LSU coaching hire harder than Ole Miss the last 6 days!

AND ON SEC CHAMPIONSHIP GAMEDAY!

There's threads and threads of it as living proof!

It's picking at nits to try to tease out some sort of moral difference.

Kiffin has a 16 year history of being a selfish piece of shite who burns every bridge he crosses.

It would have been incredibly stupid for Ole Miss to allow him to hang around. All it would have done is allow him to poach and take even more from the Ole Miss program while also getting publicity for LSU.

If you think any school is going to keep the guy around after he takes another job, including LSU, then you're delusional.

He has a reputation for a reason, and the entire circus show around this hire only proved he's the same selfish Kiffin he's always been as he hammed it all up, drew even more attention to himself, became a distraction and bailed.

In short, he's toxic.

Then why is everyone so upset he's going to LSU of all places?

Is this just all concern for the well-being of the Fighting Tigers?

The previous page he was saying "Saban is just being nice!"

You really have to try hard to focus on what different talking point they're on at any given moment!

"Lane Kiffin is one to the best offensive minds and play callers in all of football. College or Pro."

- Nick Saban 4 fricking days ago

(Just being nice!)

Saban isn’t the Saban he was as a a coach. I can’t defend him being a hypocrite.

The contradiction didn't get past me when I saw it but there is a difference here. When he was the OC at Bama he obviously didn't want to be there at the end to focus on HIS team. He actually wanted to coach Ole Miss in the playoffs for his legacy and you can tell that in his struggles. If anything it's possible LSU would have been affected more by letting him coach them in the playoffs.

LSU was going to allow him to do exactly that! Ole Miss said no. Hence, why LSU IS PAYING Lane Kiffin's post season bonuses.

But Bama was okay when Saban went to Bama!

Everyone try to keep up with the goalposts and what endzone they're headed to next.

But Saban is the hypocrite!

I'm defending Sabans statement. I was just saying that LSU would have been affected more because he would have been focus with the playoffs. I'm glad he's not coaching them because he has killed it this week and may have not done so if he was distracted.

No. They're also not in the same state.

But they do both compete for the same championship.

You KNOW if Alabama was doing this to Auburn, you'd be happy as a clam.
