State of Mississippi cost me about a 300 million dollars times 1.06^15

basically an estimated of what they owe me from not having a lottery so that I could win it plus interest on interest for multiple years.

Dude, you play the game to win. You don't go out and play the game and worry over what *might* happen. I hope you don't go through life like this It would be a very sad and limiting life if you did.

Orgeron is playing Delpit hurt. If Delpit gets hurt worse are you going to crucify Orgeron?

If Delpit gets hurt playing in a meaningless game that LSU is leading by 30 points, then I'll be critical of Orgeron.

Agreed. Should sit everyone who isn't 100%. In fact football shouldn't be played at all.

You have to admit, it's a horrible look for Bama and Saban. This whole Tua thing is a disaster.

Everyone knew he just had surgery on the leg, and it was iffy whether he would be good to go against LSU. Now, he looked fine in that game (as he did during the Miss St game), but afterwards he limped around like he was in extreme pain.

The moment he did that, he should have been scratched from the next start. I mean, if you can't walk, you can't avoid hits. If you get hurt worse (as he did), it makes Saban look horrible. And you don't need Tua to beat State anyway.
Shoulda sat him until the Auburn game.

Injuries are just part of the game. Easy with hindsight. Prayers for Tua. He will be fine and hope he has a great recovery. But if he never plays another down, his faith will carry him through.

Glad somebody hasn't let their Saban-hate blind them. FYI a full recovery is the expectation at this point, given how well the surgery went.

Who is projected in the top 2 now? Is it Burrow? If so, it sounds like he should go ahead and sit the rest of the season out. It worked out okay for Leonard when he quit

The ankle injury is completely unrelated to his hip injury...

Ooooh, somebody said something about his little Tide and hurt his feeling.

Fornette's own LSU team mate called him a bitch for quitting on the team.

Saban definitely costs players money by playing them injured. Bama players are notorious for entering nfl with no tread on the tires. Mamas don’t send your kids to Saban if they have Nfl aspirations.

Thought your arse quit Sunday because you couldn’t stomach the inter web any more?

Guess you just needed attention, huh, pussy?

According to a Yahoo article earlier this year, if they have NFL aspirations, Mamas should send their kids to Saban:

quote:

In a similar 10-year time span at Alabama (2009-2019), Saban’s assembly line has churned out 87 NFL picks, an average of almost nine a year.

The sheer numbers are impressive, made all the more so when put in context of Alabama’s pace pre-Saban. From 1936-2000, the Crimson Tide placed 30 players into the first round. That’s a span of 65 seasons. In just 12 seasons under Saban, Alabama has churned out 29 first-round selections.

In comparison, what college coach has made his players more NFL money than Saban?

If Orgeron keeps Burrow in after they go up 3 scores in the first half I expect a full melt from all LSU fans.

There’s a handful and they’re all pretty close.

Except the others wouldn’t start their injured QB to get quality points so his team can make the playoffs.

THAT ^^^ is on Saban and Saban alone.

Did Burrow just have ankle surgery 3 weeks prior?

Don’t worry though, Coach O doesn’t wreck careers.

I disagree, this is just another chapter in Tua's blessed life. Instead of being drafted by a sorry NFL team. Now he is probably going to get drafted by New England or some other good team. And he will continue to enjoy further success in his life. Sometimes things happen for a reason.

I don’t care for Alabama, but this is so stupid it hurts my head.

Injuries happen. Tua could have avoided it by throwing the ball away. If he had reinjured his ankle, the point would almost be valid, but he didn’t. He held the ball too long, took an unremarkable hit and suffered a weird injury.

I am sure Tua will get paid millions from his insurance policy. Even if he never gets drafted he will be set for life.

He's played an injured Delpit the last two games, including against an Ole Miss team whom they could've beat without him. Is O playing him maybe because Delpit is the best player on LSU's defense and makes LSU the best they can be?

All the drivel you vomited after that means little.

It really is sickening to see the gumps trying to justify Saban ruining a kids career. Says a lot about their fanbase really.
