I don’t think the hit was dirty or illegal but I do think Georgia’s staff got in some players ears and said “ we gotta do something about Harrison Jr “.
It’s a physical game and Georgia’s defender made a good hit to knock him out of the game.

Or maybe he sees the same things and came to the same correct conclusion.
How could you watch the 87 angles and slomo replay and think that without being full retard?
Go lose to Michigan again.

They took him out of the game for almost two quarters without hurting him, though.

First you argued there was nobody near the play and it was called by the review booth.

That isn't something I've ever said.
Where are you even getting any of this?
Check page 3 of this thread: The real shame is that there wasn't an official a couple feet away to make the call.
Djs called you on this on page 4:Who threw a flag if it wasn’t a ref?
And you replied, also on page 4: Must've been the replay official...
So, I am pretty sure I am "getting all of this" from you.
Oh, and, here is what it takes to overturn a call on the field:
The instant replay process operates under the fundamental assumption that the ruling on the field is correct. The replay official may reverse a ruling if and only if the video evidence convinces him beyond all doubt that the ruling was incorrect. Without such indisputable video evidence, the replay official must allow the ruling to stand.

Blind, biased, and / or dumb are the only options.

Is like all buckeye fans… they have never themselves lost a game. Games have simply been cheated away from them. Ask him about the Clemson game lol.

You're engaging in semantics.
Here is the rule: For a player to be disqualified and the Targeting foul to be enforced, all elements of a Targeting foul must be confirmed by the Instant Replay Official. There is no option for stands as a part of a Targeting review. If
any element of Targeting cannot be confirmed, then the Replay Official shall overturn the targeting foul.

If there is any doubt then the call on the field takes presidence.
This statement is absolutely true. The replay official could not confirm all elements of the targeting call on the field and the play was correctly overturned.

I believe targeting is covered by what I posted but your statement is still true.

It sure makes it a lot easier to make the correct call, doesn't it?

Yes. It’s hard to make a call on the field, in real time, at a poor angle, and with so many distractions.

Absolutely. Slow motion, frame by frame, multiple angles, High Definition makes it easy to get a bad call correct.

Proven by his 0 catches for 0 yards in 26 minutes of game time.

How did you like the Kirby timeout on the punt play?
Posted on 2/2/23 at 12:44 pm to DisplacedBuckeye
No matter what clip you watch if you will watch all of the video long enough you will see that the only person's opinion who matters says it wasn't targeting so by rule and definition it was not targeting. I can be exceeding the speed limit by 100 MPH but that is all I am doing unless there's a cop present because only a cop can charge me with breaking a rule....and only the replay official can make that call, period. Harrison couldve caught the ball, it hit him in the hands prior to ANY contact. Had he done so its a different game, unless of course if he isn't a good enough football player to control the ball through contact.

This thread is over 14 Pages. Georgia literally just won back to back titles and they are still on this. Shows some real insecurity. Never seen a softer fan base in my life. How does the rest of the SEC deal with them?

The reason it’s 14 pages long is due to Displaced Buckeye - otherwise it was a 5 page thread max
